What are the guidelines for orders to be processed?

MONEY BACK ORDERS:

We require Clear Bags, Empty Containers and Glass in Boxes. We also ask customers to rinse milk and soy containers. Any orders that contain garbage and/or excessive mold are considered non-compliant. See picture below... 

DONATED ORDERS:

If you do not wish to handle your orders at all they can be donated to our eBottledrive Program where local Charities handle them and earn money.

With regards to glass in boxes, they don't have to be the original box, just anything that keeps them tight and upright. Please don't use can flats. Thank you!

What is the residential pickup handling fee?

35% + GST

What containers have deposits on them in Alberta?

Here is a link to the Beverage Container Management Board (BCMB). It will inform you of all the different types of beverage containers that the Alberta Bottle Depot Association (ABDA) will accept for refund:

There are no containers other than beverage containers that have deposits in Alberta. Soup is not considered a beverage.
