 Do I have to be home?

We ask that you have your JUNK ready to be picked up on your driveway or at the curb. If you would like to keep it in your garage until we get there, then you will need to be home during our operating hours (8am-5pm) or setup a time with us directly.

Is there anything you don't take?

There are a few things we don't take. We are unable to take anything that cannot be moved/lifted by 2 people. We do not take Industrial size hazardous waste (ie. paint, cleaning supplies, etc). We do not take biological waste or animal feces or any hazardous material other than household hazardous waste that is accepted at the local eco centres.

What time should I have my JUNK out to the curb?

Your JUNK should be out at the curb by 8am. This will insure that it won't be missed. If you prefer to keep your JUNK in your garage or backyard thats no problem. Just be sure to be home that day so that we can access it when we get there. We are out doing pickups from 8am until 5pm on our pickup days.

What if I need items removed from my home?

If your are unable to remove the items from your home on your own, thats no problem. Click on the 'Quote for JUNK Removal' item and we will show up and give you a Quote as to how much it will cost. Costs will vary depending on where the item is retrieved from (ie. basement, attic, etc).

How do your discounts work?

Right off the bat you will get 15% off the listed prices simply by becoming a member of Bottles4cash.com! It is free to sign up as a member. The other discounts we give are based on volume. If you are only selecting 1-2 items, there will be no volume discount but you will get the member discount of 15% if your a member. 3-5 items selected will receive a 20% volume discount and the 15% discount if you are a member (total 35% discount!). If you select 6 or more items you will receive a 25% volume discount and the 15% discount if you are a member (total 40% discount!)
